During the last weeks we made tough decisions and we are currently seeing the results of those actions. I may have made some of the hard decisions. But this was not achieved by a single hand. Here are the reasons:

	Effective team communication, goal setting, execution and sharing effective results
	Effective team input and leadership at all levels

We are proud to state. Profit to earn is at record high, receivables are out pacing payables by greater margins, and sales are up. Our forecasted trends are definitely up. But this is only the beginning.

The next phase of our 2011 plan is to strategically place the Bergman brand within expanding market sectors. The ability to diversify will continue to shape our core foundation.

Bergman's changing how we manage information. We can expect an improved public facing web presence and social marketing benefits reaching into all departments.

Bergman's intranet (for example) has team collaboration tools expediting information sharing. Bergman web services offer tools for business development to track leads, organize projects, share industry news, and helps us all track/access reports. And more is on the way.

TheBergman.com is funneling subcontractor requests, new/old vendor solicitations, as well as client requests for bids. Also, VPs/project managers are using it manage project documents, and accessing documents.
